We are thrilled to be open & scheduling spa services daily. While our temporary COVID closure was well over a year ago, we are still feeling the effects on our business. After an incredibly busy summer season, business has yet to level off this Fall & we want to ensure that all guests are able to get in for their desired spa services. While we will always do our best to schedule spa services for you on a same day basis, or for an immediate upcoming weekend, with our current level of scheduling options this is not typically possible. We recommend booking as far in advance as you can for the best options. At this time, spa services for weekends are being pre-scheduled 2 to 3 weeks in advance. For the most flexibility when scheduling for a week day, please plan to book your appointment 5-7 days in advance. If scheduling with a group larger than 3 people, please consider booking appointments 30 days ahead. Nothing makes us sadder than telling a client that we are sold out for the date and time that they desire. Please schedule in advance. Thank you!
The mid-season in downtown Rehoboth Beach is upon us. Traffic should still be a consideration on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. Please note that we are unable to offer private parking. Street parking is now available for FREE. Please allow time to find parking prior to your appointment, especially on weekends. While we will do our very best to accommodate your full appointment, it may not be possible due to lateness.
While the state of emergency in Delaware has been lifted, the CDC is recommending that all persons remain masked indoors regardless of vaccination status. We do ask that you wear a mask into our building & for the duration of your spa services. Our team will be masked at all times.
We have finally re-opened our waiting area & are back to offering a selection of fruit-infused waters and hot herbal teas.
We ask that you still please consider the following during this time:
- masks are required to be worn by everyone for the duration of your visit, including while enjoying your spa services
- the one exception for the above mask mandate would be for guests receiving facial services – in these cases our aestheticians will be wearing both masks & face shields
- we are scheduling 30 minutes between guests to ensure that each service area is completely sanitized
- we are limiting the number of guests in our manicure & pedicure suite to 2 persons plus 2 service providers – we will only be scheduling larger group if they are with the same party
- if you feel sick, we ask that you please refrain from coming in for spa services – there are no penalties for cancellations at this time due to illness
- if you appear sick when checking in for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for a future date
We are committed to presenting the safest possible environment for our guests & our team, while also providing much needed spa services. Much like we would never penalize anyone for cancelling appointments due to illness, we ask for your understanding & flexibility when it comes to the health of our team. If one of our team members feels ill, we will not allow them to come into work. While it greatly saddens us to create such inconveniences for our guests, we would rather cancel an appointment than risk anyone else’s health. We are still all in this together. We thank you for your support.
We are excited to be launching a new treatment menu in November! Please be aware that due to the ever rising costs related to the pandemic we will be raising our treatment prices effective November 1, 2021. Additionally, we will be revamping the spa membership program to reflect our new menu options. As such membership pricing will also increase on November 1, 2021.
