COVID Safety Information

In Delaware face masks are no longer government mandated, and as such we are beginning a transitional period of reducing our mask use in the spa area. We realize that everyone is of their own beliefs, so as we begin this transition we will be following your lead.

If you would prefer to wear your face mask during your spa services, you are welcome to do so. If you are wearing a face mask, your therapist will follow suit. If you would prefer to not wear a face mask, that is fine with us as well. In this case, your therapist would choose whether or not they wish to wear theirs during your session. Our hope is to keep everyone healthy & comfortable.

We will be closely monitoring the COVID numbers in Sussex County as well as the state of Delaware. Should numbers once again start to rise or should our team members begin to fall ill, we will re-evaluate this policy & may reinforce our mask mandate.

We ask that you please remain vigilant with your own health. There is no penalty for canceling or rescheduling spa services due to illness. Please consider social distancing in all of the common areas of the spa. Should our mediation room or manicure & pedicure suite become crowded, we may ask those individuals to mask-up temporarily until social distancing becomes possible.

At this time we are still upholding the following COVID protocols:

  • we are scheduling 30 minutes between guests to ensure that each service area is completely sanitized
  • if you appear sick when checking in for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for a future date

We are committed to presenting the safest possible environment for our guests & our team, while also providing much needed spa services. Much like we would never penalize anyone for cancelling appointments due to illness, we ask for your understanding & flexibility when it comes to the health of our team. If one of our team members feels ill, we will not allow them to come into work. While it greatly saddens us to create such inconveniences for our guests, we would rather cancel an appointment than risk anyone else’s health. We are still all in this together. We thank you for your support.
