Now that Labor Day has come & gone, so has the heart of the summer season. As most get ready for “back to school,” we would like to welcome you to a new season of self-care!
Whether or not you have children heading back to school for the Fall or you are ready to get back into more of a routine, the end of summer gives us a reason to re-evaluate & a chance to put ourselves first. September is a beautiful time of year & the perfect season in Rehoboth Beach. Be sure to schedule yourself a weekend getaway or even a mid-week me-day!
Weekends in Rehoboth during the Fall are still bustling – be sure to schedule any spa services at least 2 weeks in advance if seeking an appointment on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, keep in mind that parking meters are still in effect until Monday, September 20. Anticipate gorgeously warm weather & less humidity – ah the perfect beach weekends are happening now!
If you are able to sneak away during the week, you’ll find a quieter, perfectly serene boardwalk. We would still recommend scheduling any spa appointments 5-7 days in advance whenever possible, especially if you would like to experience one of our featured September services! Our perfect Fall day starts with a pumpkin spice latte from Rise Up enjoyed beachfront, a group exercise or meditation class (obviously we are die hard fans of Soulfire & Right Balance Pilates), some local shopping (Coral Cove & Ish Boutique, to name a few), lunch & a yummy cocktail from Blackwall at the Beach and finally a Nirvana Stress Relief Massage from one of our talented team members.
As we contemplate our self-care this Fall we want to be sure we are supporting our immune systems, listening to our internal needs & feeding our spiritual selves. Remember to get enough sleep, eat well, drink purified water, exercise your mind, move your body, sit in the quiet, take your supplements and most importantly do something you love everyday.
If you need help with a self-care routine, we would love to help you develop one! Our apothecary has everything you could need to feed your soul & nourish your spirit.
Here’s to a happy Fall & a glorious season of YOU!
xoxo, Jess
